Success Story: FASTSIGNS Downtown Denver

As part of our Franchise Success Stories we asked FASTSIGNS franchisee and business owner, Vipan Seth (Downtown Denver location), to share a little bit about how he first became part of this incredible franchise system and what he has experienced as FASTSIGNS owners taking over a legacy location.

 

 

 

 

 

 

Please tell us a little bit about your history with FASTSIGNS. How long have you been with the company?

We purchased this location 5 years ago. Initially, both myself and my wife were very nervous as we had never owned any business.

Your FASTSIGNS center in downtown Denver was previously under management by a different FASTSIGNS franchisee. What have you learned in taking over a legacy location from a previous owner?

The support from the corporate office and other owners has been instrumental in building our confidence and helping us grow over time. The previous owner was not a big fan of digital marketing. However, we invested significant money and see tremendous results on a monthly basis.

What first attracted you to becoming a business owner with FASTSIGNS?

The support system available from our peers and corporate teams is truly amazing. There is just so much expertise all around.

What’s the biggest change over the past year that has impacted the way you market to prospective customers?

Significant focus on digital marketing and sales training.

From a digital marketing perspective, what role has online marketing played in helping you reach new customers?

Running digital campaigns with LOCALACT is the most important program we have invested in for our business. I continue to increase our budget as the ROI is proven.

As you look forward, what are you most focused on when it comes to growing your business?

Growing our investment in digital marketing, hiring sales staff and expanding our product portfolio.

Any additional thoughts or comments you’d like to share?

I think we see tremendous growth happening in and around Denver, as the opportunities are many. We will seek to stay on track to capitalize on the growth of our community and our customer base.
