Home Screen: Listings Insights & Reviews
The LOCALACT Listings card on the homepage has been updated to provide snapshots of Listings Insights and Reviews from all supported platforms: Google, Facebook, and Yelp.
With consolidated Listings snapshots on the homepage, business owners will be able to view their customer engagement data in a more holistic way. By clicking ‘View Performance,’ our clients can access detailed reporting by platform in our new Listings Overview Report, detailed below.
Listings Overview Report
Our NEW Listings Overview Report gives business owners the ability to see how people are interacting with their Business Listings on Google, Facebook and Yelp.
The new report features the ability to compare engagement across their listings profiles in a highly-visual and easy-to-interpret format. Overviews of Google Reviews and Facebook Recommendations are also available within this report.
